We are easy about refunds and replacements. You have 30 days for refunds or changing your gear. You can also come by our physical store to change, return or try on gear. Address and opening hours of our Dutch Mud Men Store can be found here.

Where can I send my returns

We have no free return address, therefore the cost of returning you should be paid by you. Do not forget to send along the delivery note (or email) so that we know who the shipment originated from. Try to leave the package as much as possible in its original state. For example, pack a pair of shoes in it’s original box in a plastic bag, so you can put the tape on the plastic bag not directly on the box.


What should I send it back?


In addition to your gear it is handy if you send the delivery note return to us so that we know who the return comes from. The faster you can exchange your stuff.


When do I get my new size?


As soon as we receive your return package, we will send you the right size. When you need your items urgently? Then you can choose to order your gear again in the correct size and fill in the return form that you want your money back. We will then send your gear for your new order directly and we'll refund your money once your first order is returned.


When will I get my money back?


As soon as we have received the return products, we will process the return payment. Within a day we refund your money. The chances are that it sometimes takes a little longer because we use a company that regulates all our payments.



Where do I get my money refunded?


You will get the money deposited in the account with which you paid us. So you've paid with Ideal, then it will be in your bank account. When Paypal comes back into your PayPal balance. If you used a credit card is reversed there. You have chosen for payment after receipt, then it shall be adjusted or put on zero when the products have been returned.


I have paid with AfterPay


As soon as we have received your return, we will inform AfterPay. They will then adjust their in invoice accordingly. You will get a notification from AfterPay.


I have a complaint


It is annoying if you have a complaint about the service as you experience them. Nevertheless, we kindly ask you to pass on your complaint via e-mail to the department of customer contact. This can be by email, regular mail and / or telephone. Our customer contact employees will review the complaint and attempt to everyone's satisfaction to resolve the complaint.

After receiving your complaint, you will receive a confirmation. We will respond to your complaint within 14 days of receipt, may we need more time, then we will inform you timely. In case you do not appreciate this, you can always take contact with the Foundation department mediation Certified webshop where Dutch Mud Men is affiliated with. Should the mediation for any reason not lead to a satisfactory solution, is it possible to submit your dispute to the Disputes Committee (SGC).


Right of withdrawal


You can terminate your contract of purchase for a cooling-off period of 14 days without giving any reason. Use the form attached to our general conditions for this. dutchmudmen.com will reimburse all consumer payments, including any delivery costs charged by the operator for the returned product, within 14 days after the day the revocation is reported. Unless the consumer offers to return the product personally, we may wait until we have received the returned product or the consumer demonstrates that he has returned the product, whichever is the earlier. Dutchmudmen.com uses the same means of payment used by the customer for reimbursement unless the consumer agrees to a different method. The repayment is free of charge for the consumer..


Terms and conditions regarding the return per the Webshopkeurmerk (Dutch consumer webshop certification)


The consumer  can return the goods within 14 days after receipt of the products without giving a reason for the return. The product can only be returned unused, and when possible, in its original packaging.

The Consumer shall bear the direct costs of returning the product.

The Entrepreneur shall reimburse all payments made by the Consumer, including any delivery costs that the Consumer may charge for the returned product, as soon as possible but within 14 days following the day on which the Consumer notified him of the withdrawal.

Unless the Entrepreneur offers to collect the product himself, he can wait with paying back until having received the product or until the Consumer proved that he returned the product, whichever occurs first. The Entrepreneur shall make use of the same means of payment that the Consumer used, unless the Consumer consents to another method.The reimbursement is free of charge for the Consumer.
