Exchange and returns
We will never make any trouble about exchanges and returns. You can exchange up to 100 days without any problem. You can also always visit our physical store for exchanging, returning or fitting. Address and opening hours of our Dutch Mud Men Store can be found here .

Make sure they are sufficiently stamped and keep the track & trace proof.
Do I still pay shipping costs if I want to exchange?
No, you only pay the costs of returning it to us. If we send something to you again because you want to exchange, then those costs are for us.
What do I have to send back?
Do not forget to include the packing slip (or e-mail) so that we know who the shipment originated from. If possible, try to leave the packaging in the original state as much as possible. For example, take a pair of shoes in a plastic bag first and do not stick the tape directly on the box, but on the bag.
When will I receive my new size?
As soon as we receive the return we will send you the correct size. Do you need your stuff urgently? Then you can choose to order your stuff again in the right size and fill in the return form that you want your money back. Then we will send your items directly from your new order and we will refund your money as soon as your first order is returned.
How fast do I have my money back?
If you have paid in advance, we will refund your purchase price as soon as the items are returned to us. This goes through our payment provider and can sometimes take a few days.
Where do I get my money refunded?
You get the money back on the payment you have paid with. So if you have paid with ideal, it will be on your bank account. At Paypal it will be back in your Paypal balance. If you have used a credit card, it will be refunded there. If you have chosen payment after receipt, that amount will be adjusted or set to zero if you send everything back.
I have opted for postpay
As soon as your items are returned, we report this to Billink. They will then adjust your invoice. You will receive a message from Billink.
I have a complaint
It is, of course, annoying if you have a complaint about the service you have experienced. Nevertheless, we kindly ask you to pass on your complaint via the e-mail to the customer contact department. This can be done by e-mail, regular mail and / or telephone. Our employees of the customer contact department will review the complaint and try to resolve the complaint to everyone's satisfaction.

After receiving your complaint you will receive a confirmation from us. We will respond to your complaint within 14 days of receipt, if it needs more time, we will inform you of this. If you do not appreciate this, you can always contact the mediation department of the Foundation. Webshop Keurmerk where Dutch Mud Men is connected. If for any reason the mediation attempt does not lead to a satisfactory solution, then there is the possibility to submit your dispute to the Disputes Committee (SGC).
Right of withdrawal
You can terminate your purchase agreement during a reflection period of at least 14 days without giving any reason. Use the form attached to our general terms and conditions. Dutch Mud Men will reimburse all payments from the consumer, including any delivery costs charged by the trader for the returned product, without delay but within 14 days following the day on which the consumer the revocation reports. Unless the entrepreneur offers to collect the product himself, he may wait to pay back until he has received the product or until the consumer demonstrates that he has returned the product, whichever comes first. The entrepreneur uses the same payment method that the consumer has used for reimbursement, unless the consumer agrees to another method. The reimbursement is free of charge for the consumer.
